In addition to offering Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), I have an eclectic treatment approach that hinges on the idea that we are constantly navigating the connection between our mind (thoughts & beliefs), body, environment, and experiences.

I have been working in the mental health field for over 10 years and am passionate about assisting individuals to grow and improve their lives through a collaborative, empathetic, and compassionate approach. One of the most common challenges we face is reaching out for help. Too often, we suppress or deny our emotions and trauma experiences, believing that we have to process them alone.
